With this package, your organisation purchases 1,000 individual ADR Awareness 1.3 training licenses and receives access to a dedicated corporate group account within our Learning Management System (LMS).

Add Your Own Participants

Once the corporate group account has been created, your organisation can add its own participants.

You can choose between two methods.

Add Participants Manually

Employees can be entered individually through the corporate group account.

This is useful when participants are added gradually, for example when new employees join the organisation during the training period.

Upload Participants Using Excel

For large-scale enrolment, participant details can also be uploaded using an Excel file.

This allows your organisation to add large numbers of employees efficiently without entering each participant separately.

Participant details can include information such as:

• First name
• Last name
• Email address
• Course allocation
• Department or location

This gives your organisation control over participant enrolment and course assignment.

Monitor Training Progress

Through the corporate LMS environment, your organisation can maintain a central overview of participant activity and training completion.

This can help HSE, QHSE, HR, training and dangerous goods departments monitor employees who have been enrolled, started the training or completed the course.

The corporate account also supports central management of training records and certificates.

About ADR Awareness 1.3

ADR Chapter 1.3 requires personnel whose duties concern the carriage of dangerous goods to receive training appropriate to their responsibilities.

Your administrator can add participants manually or by using an Excel upload.

5. Employees complete the training

Participants receive access to their assigned ADR Awareness 1.3 course.

6. Monitor progress

Your company administrator can use the LMS environment to follow participant progress and completion.

7. Certificates are issued

Participants who successfully complete the course receive their individual certificate.
